Why Did You Start Backpacking?
It filled a sense of needed adventure. I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.
What Advice Do You Have For New Backpackers?
Keep close to Nature’s heart…and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.
